Mustard Dip

Serve this dip along with chips, crackers or tiny smoked sausages.
Servings: 4 to 6 [1 1/4 cups / 310 mL]
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons [15 to 30 mL] any prepared mustard
  • 6 tablespoons [90 mL] dry white wine
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] super fine sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Thoroughly mix together mustard and white wine.
  • Mix in beaten eggs, sugar and salt.
  • Microwave on 'MEDIUM' for 2 to 3 minutes whipping every 30 seconds, until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
  • Serve hot.
