Mustard Dip

Serve this dip along with chips, crackers or tiny smoked sausages.

4 to 6 [1 1/4 cups / 310 mL]
Ingredients
Preparation
1 or 2 tablespoons [15 to 30 mL] any prepared mustard
6 tablespoons [90 mL] dry white wine
2 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons [30 mL] super fine sugar
Pinch of salt
Thoroughly mix together mustard and white wine.
Mix in beaten eggs, sugar and salt.
Microwave on 'MEDIUM' for 2 to 3 minutes whipping every 30 seconds, until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
Serve hot.
