Salami Dip

IngredientsPreparation
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter or margarine
  • 8 ounces [227 g] cheese curds
  • 5/8 cup [156 mL] plain yogurt
  • 2 ounces [56 g] chopped salami
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon [5 g] super fine sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chips and/or crackers [optional]
  • Microwave together chopped green onions, crushed garlic and butter or margarine on 'MAXIMUM' for 1 minute.
  • Mix in cheese curds, yogurt, chopped salami and parsley, horseradish, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Serve cold, along with chips and crackers if desired.
