- 1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter or margarine
- 8 ounces [227 g] cheese curds
- 5/8 cup [156 mL] plain yogurt
- 2 ounces [56 g] chopped salami
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] horseradish
- 1 teaspoon [5 g] super fine sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chips and/or crackers [optional]

- Microwave together chopped green onions, crushed garlic and butter or margarine on 'MAXIMUM' for 1 minute.
- Mix in cheese curds, yogurt, chopped salami and parsley, horseradish, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Serve cold, along with chips and crackers if desired.
