- 8 ounces [227 g] cheese curds
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] milk
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] super fine sugar [semolina sugar]
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 5/8 cup [160 mL] plain yogurt
- Mixed raw vegetable pieces

- Soften cheese curds in microwave on 'MAXIMUM' for 30 seconds.
- Mix in milk, curry powder, sugar and garlic; salt and pepper.
- Microwave on 'MAXIMUM' for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Thoroughly mix in yogurt
- Serve hot or cold, along with mixed raw vegetable pieces.
