Curry Dip

  • 8 ounces [227 g] cheese curds
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] super fine sugar [semolina sugar]
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 5/8 cup [160 mL] plain yogurt
  • Mixed raw vegetable pieces
  • Soften cheese curds in microwave on 'MAXIMUM' for 30 seconds.
  • Mix in milk, curry powder, sugar and garlic; salt and pepper.
  • Microwave on 'MAXIMUM' for 1 1/2 minutes.
  • Thoroughly mix in yogurt
  • Serve hot or cold, along with mixed raw vegetable pieces.
