Marshmallow Dip for Fruits

Serve, along with fruit pieces, for everyone to dip fruit pieces into marshmallow mixture, using a fondue fork, just like for a chocolate fondue.

  • Fruits [Ex: apple, kiwi, banana, grapes, pineapple, orange, honeydew, cantaloup, nectarines, strawberries...]
  • 2 [7-ounce / 198-g] each jars creamed marshmallow
  • 2 [8 1/2-ounce / 250-g each] packs cream cheese, softened
  • Amaretto liquor, to taste
  • Peel, core or seed then cut large fruits into bite-sized pieces; arrange nicely onto a serving plate.
  • Mix together creamed marshmallow and softened cream cheese.
  • Microwave for a few minutes, to just melt cream cheese.
  • Mix thoroughly, then mix in Amaretto liquor.
  • Pour mixture into a chocolate fondue bowl; transfer bowl over a candle, to keep dip warm.
