Mexican-Style Peanut Butter Dip

Comments: Spicy and flavorful, this dip is excellent served along with corn chips and/or crackers.
Servings: 3 cups [750 mL]

  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can bean with bacon soup concentrate
  • 1 cup [225 g] grossly grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] really hot chili powder
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] peanut butter
  • Mix together all the ingredients into a 2-quart [2-L] microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave on 'HIGH' for 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir before serving.
