- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] water
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] vinegar
- 1 egg

- Mix together water and egg into an individual 4-ounce [125 mL] glass custard mold.
- Microwave mixture on 'HIGH' for 30 seconds.
- Break in egg then delicately pierce the egg yolk using a wooden pick.
- Cover mold with a small plate; microwave egg on 'MEDIUM' for 1 minute.
- Remove from microwave oven and leave egg to rest, still covered, for 1 minute.
- Drain, and enjoy!
