- 2 cups [500 mL] macaroni elbows
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 4 cups [1 L] boiling water
- 1 [6 1/2-ounce / 184-mL] can flaked tuna fish, drained
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] curry powder
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of chicken soup concentrate
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] breadcrumbs
- Diced butter

- Pour macaroni into an 8-cup [2-L] casserole.
- Salt and pour in boiling water.
- Microwave uncovered, for 6 to 8 minutes, on 'MEDIUM-MAXIMUM'.
- Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
- Drain pasta.
- Into casserole, well mix together tuna fish flakes, chopped onion and parsley, curry powder and cream of chicken soup.
- Well mix in cooked drained macaroni.
- Sprinkle mixture with breadcrumbs; dot with butter dices.
- Microwave, uncovered for 6 to 8 minutes, on 'MEDIUM-MAXIMUM'.
- Leave to rest for 5 minutes, before serving.
