- 1 [3-pound / 1.4-kg] fish
- Cold water
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] coarse salt
- 2 cups [500 mL] milk
|
- Cut fish into individual servings.
- Cover fish with cold water; sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Soak fish for 5 minutes; drain.
- Pour milk into a 6-cup [1.5 L] dish.
- Cover; microwave for 2 minutes on 'MAXIMUM'.
- Transfer fish into boiling milk.
- Cover and microwave on 'MAXIMUM' for 4 minutes per pound [454 g].
