  • Grated rind of 1/2 an orange
  • Juice of 1/2 an orange
Coating '2'
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] cranberry juice
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cornstarch
Coating '3'
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] water
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] instant coffee powder
  • Microwave together all the ingredients of one or the other of the coatings ['1' or '2' or '3'] for 30 seconds on 'HIGH'.
  • Use to coat pork, before and while roasting.
