- 1/4 cup [60 mL] honey
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] apple juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoons [15 mL] molasses
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] allspice
- Grated ring of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] melted butter
- 2 1/4 cups [560 mL] rolled oats
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] wheat germ
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] raisins

- Combine honey, apple juice concentrate, butter, molasses, cinnamon, allspice and lemon rind.
- Microwave on 'HIGH', uncovered, for 75 seconds.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Add rolled oats, walnuts and wheat germ; stir and microwave, on 'HIGH', for 5 minutes
- Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch [33 x 23 x 5 cm] pan with a double layer of paper toweling.
- Evenly spread mixture and cover with paper toweling.
- Microwave at 50% for 5 minutes, stirring once.
- Cool; stir in raisins.
- Store in airtight container.
