Shellfish Fettucini Express

If desired, substitue canned shrimps with 1/2 cup [125 mL] cooked fresh shrimps, chopped ham or chopped chicken.

  • 1 cup [250 mL] frozen mixed vegetables, Italian style
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284 mL] can cream of mushrom soup
  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] milk
  • 1 [5-ounce / 142 mL] can clams or shrimps
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] cooked fettucine pasta
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Microwave frozen mixed vegetables according to manufacturer's directions.
  • Mix together cream of mushroom soup, milk and clams or shrimps; reheat in microwave.
  • Reheat cook pasta noodles for approximately 1 minute, on 'HIGH'.
  • Mix together vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, clams or shrimps and pasta; salt and pepper.
  • Serve, sprinkled with chopped green onions.
