- 16 ounces [454 g] fettucine noodles [or your favorite pasta]
- 4 cups [1L] cut-up vegetables [broccoli, carrots, snow peas, red pepper...]
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] cheese spread

- Cook pasta acording to package directions, adding vegetables to boiling water during the last 3 to 4 minutes of pasta cooking time.
- Drain well.
- In a bowl, microwave cheese spread on 'MEDIUM' for 1 minute, stirring once.
- Pour over pasta and vegetables.
- Serve immediately.
