Boneless Chicken Breast

  • 3 to 4 ounces [85 to 113 g] chicken, skinned, boneless and seasoned to taste
  • Mayonnaise
  • French roll
  • Lettuce
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 ml] dill seeds
Suggested seasonings
  • Onion powder
  • Celery salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Microwave chicken on 'HIGH' for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until done.
  • Saute chicken in a pan until browned.
  • Spread mayonnaise on roll, sprinkle with dill seeds.
  • Top with chicken and lettuce.
