- 3 to 4 ounces [85 to 113 g] chicken, skinned, boneless and seasoned to taste
- Mayonnaise
- French roll
- Lettuce
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 ml] dill seeds
Suggested seasonings
- Onion powder
- Celery salt
- Garlic powder

- Microwave chicken on 'HIGH' for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until done.
- Saute chicken in a pan until browned.
- Spread mayonnaise on roll, sprinkle with dill seeds.
- Top with chicken and lettuce.
