- 2/3 cup [160 mL] garden tomato with basil salad dressing
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] dry red wine
- 4 chicken whites
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 cup [250 mL] freshly quartered mushrooms

- Pour salad dressing and red wine into a microwave-safe shallow dish; mix until blended.
- Arrange chicken whites in dish; cover with vegetables pieces.
- Microwave covered, on 'MEDIUM-HIGH', for 15 minutes or until tender.
