- 4 chicken whites
- 1 [8-ounce / 250-mL] bottle calorie-wise Peppercorn Ranch Salad Dressing
- 1 bunch broccoli, into flowerets

- Brush chicken whites with 1/4 cup [60 mL] salad dresssing.
- Broil for 5 to 6 minutes; turn chicken whites over and brush with 1/4 cup [60 mL] more salad dressing.
- Broil until golden.
- Arrange broccoli flowerets into a microwave-safe shallow casserole; pour remaining dressing all over.
- Microwave on 'HIGH' for 2 to 3 minutes, until heated through.
- Serve.
