- 2 1/2 to 3 pounds [1.1 to 1.4 kg] boned, rolled, fresh or frozen thawed turkey breast half
- 2 cloves garlic, quartered
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] marjoram
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 microwave-safe roasting bag
- Cotton or nylon string

- Cut 8 small slits into turkey meat; fill slits with garlic pieces.
- Weigh turkey to find cooking time: microwave for 8 to 10 minutes per pound [454 g].
- Mix together rosemary, marjoram and freshly ground balck pepper; sprinkle over turkey half.
- Transfer turkey into microwave-safe roasting bag; tie with cotton or nylon string and then pierce bag.
- Microwave into a microwave-safe roasting pan for 20 to 30 minutes on 'MAXIMUM', until juices run clear from turkey when pierced.
- Turn turkey once and roasting pan of 1/4th turn every 10 minutes while cooking.
- Remove turkey from roasting pan; leave turkey to rest for 10 to 15 minutes, inside the roasting bag.
- Serve.
