- 2 large onions, minced
- 4 [10-ounce / 283-g each] turkey parts
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] ginger
- 2 hot red peppers, seeded and minced
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] caraway seeds, crushed
- 4 teaspoons [20 mL]] coriander seeds, crushed
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] thick plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Arrange minced onions into a deep 8-cup [2 L] dish.
- Cover and microwave for 7 to 8 minutes on 'MAXIMUM', until tender, stirring once.
- Arrange turkey parts into dish, meaty sides up.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, ginger, hot red peppers, caraway seeds, coriander seeds and lemon rind.
- Microwave, covered, for 6 to 7 minutes on 'MAXIMUM', stirring once.
- Mix together plain yogurt and cornstarch; pour in chicken broth and stir.
- Microwave, covered, for 3 to 4 minutes on 'MAXIMUM', until boiling.
- Microwave for 10 to 15 minutes longer, on 'MEDIUM'.
- Uncover, arrange turkey parts into dish and microwave for 10 minutes on 'MEDIUM', until sauce thickens and juices run clear from turkey, when pierced with a knife.
- Leave to rest for 5 minutes, covered.
- Check for seasonings, even though the soy sauce gives a salty taste to this dish.
- Serve immediately.
