- 1 cup [250 mL] long grain rice
- 1 pack dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] oil
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] soy sauce
- 1 cup [250 mL] cut-up mixed vegetables [fresh or frozen]
- 2 cups [500 mL] water
