- 1 pound [454 g] white cabbage, finely chopped
- 8 ounces [227 g] zucchini, shredded
- 3 or 4 small carrots, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup [60 g] sugar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] celery seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, zucchini, carrots and onion; set aside.
- Mix together remaining ingredients.
- Heat 1 1/2 minutes on 'HIGH', until sugar is dissolved and vinaigrette warm.
- Pour warm vinaigrette over the vegetables and mix well.
