Can be used to cook fish or seafood. Can also be poured over pasta, and cooked vegetables such as zucchini, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] tomato paste
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] water
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] basil
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] corn oil

- Pour tomato paste and water into a microwave-safe dish.
- Stir in minced garlic, chopped parsley and basil.
- Season with pepper.
- Cover and microwave for 5 minutes, on 'HIGH'.
- Well stir in corn oil.
