2 tablespoons [30 mL] tomato paste
1/2 cup [125 mL] water
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon [5 mL] chopped parsley
1 teaspoon [5 mL] basil
Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon [15 mL] corn oil
Pour tomato paste and water into a microwave-safe dish.
