  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] light plain yogurt
  • Lemon rind, to taste
  • Freshly chopped parsley or celery leaves
  • Microwave lemon juice for 5 seconds on 'HIGH'.
  • Stir in yogurt, lemon rind and chopped parsley or celery leaves.
