1/2 cup [125 mL] light plain yogurt
Lemon rind, to taste
Freshly chopped parsley or celery leaves
Microwave lemon juice for 5 seconds on 'HIGH'.
Stir in yogurt, lemon rind and chopped parsley or celery leaves.
