  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] Madeira or Port wine
  • 14 ounces [398 mL] canned or homemade brown sauce
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
  • Stir Madeira or Port wine into brown sauce.
  • Microwave for 5 minutes on 'MEDIUM-HIGH', stirring 3 times while cooking.
  • Stir in butter, until melted.
