| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] Madeira or Port wine
- 14 ounces [398 mL] canned or homemade brown sauce
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
|
- Stir Madeira or Port wine into brown sauce.
- Microwave for 5 minutes on 'MEDIUM-HIGH', stirring 3 times while cooking.
- Stir in butter, until melted.
