- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
- 2 tablespoons [17.5 g] flour
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 recipe Hollandaise sauce

- Melt butter for 1 minute on 'HIGH'.
- Well stir in flour.
- Pour in cream; stir well.
- Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on 'HIGH', stirring a few times while cooking, until sauce is creamy.
- Stir in beaten egg yolks and Hollandaise sauce, until smooth and creamy.
- Reheat sauce for 1 minute on 'HIGH'; stir well.
- If needed, microwave for 30 seconds longer on 'MEDIUM-HIGH'.
- Stir well and serve.
