Sauce for Roasts

Use to brush any roast, grilled microwaved steaks, chicken, duck or lamb. One or two brushings while microwaveing are enough to flavor the meat.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] freshly squeezed lemon juice or vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] marjoram or basil
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] Worcestershire sauce

- Into a glass jar tighly close, vigourously shake together all ingredients.
- Will keep for 1 month, refrigerated.
- Shake well before using.
