Lemony Butter Sauce for Vegetables [microwave]

  • 2 ounces [60 g] butter
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] freshly chopped parsley or dill
  • Into a bowl, melt butter into microwave oven, covered, for 30 to 60 seconds on 'MAXIMUM'.
  • Stir in lemon juice; mix in chopped parsley or dill.
