| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 2 ounces [60 g] butter
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] freshly chopped parsley or dill
|
- Into a bowl, melt butter into microwave oven, covered, for 30 to 60 seconds on 'MAXIMUM'.
- Stir in lemon juice; mix in chopped parsley or dill.
