Lemony Butter Sauce for Vegetables [microwave]

Excellent over green vegetables.

2 ounces [60 g] butter
1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
1 tablespoon [15 mL] freshly chopped parsley or dill
Into a bowl, melt butter into microwave oven, covered, for 30 to 60 seconds on 'MAXIMUM'.
Stir in lemon juice; mix in chopped parsley or dill.
