- 2 ounes [60 mL] Cognac
- 8 ounces [250 mL] heavy whipping cream [35%]
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup concentrate
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] ketchup
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] liquid beef broth concentrate
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] liquid chicken broth concentrate
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] soy sauce
- Peppercorns, to taste

- Mix together all ingredients into a microwave-safe container.
- Leave to rest, refrigerated, for approximately 1 hour.
- When ready, heat Cognac pepper sauce into microwave-oven until really hot before serving.
