Cognac Pepper Sauce

IngredientsPreparation
  • 2 ounes [60 mL] Cognac
  • 8 ounces [250 mL] heavy whipping cream [35%]
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup concentrate
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] liquid beef broth concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] liquid chicken broth concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] soy sauce
  • Peppercorns, to taste
  • Mix together all ingredients into a microwave-safe container.
  • Leave to rest, refrigerated, for approximately 1 hour.
  • When ready, heat Cognac pepper sauce into microwave-oven until really hot before serving.
