Oven: 700 watts Preparation time: 7 minutes Cooking time: 6 minutes Waiting time: 5 minutes A fast, easy way to prepare fresh shrimps; best eaten hot. As it is not always easy to get fresh lime, lemon can be used instead of lime. Serve along with a lemon-flavored rice or warm crusty bread. Micro-Hint: to dry lemon or orange rind, simply arrange a little rind into a glass bowl and microwave rind on 'HIGH' for 1/2 to 1 minute, stirring once. |
