Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls

  • 8 cups [2 L] popped corn
  • 3 cups [750 mL] shreddies cereals
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] butter
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] smooth peanut butter
  • 1 [8 1/2-ounce / 250-g] bag miniature marshmallows
  • Remove any unpopped kernels from popped corn.
  • Toss together popcorn and cereals; set aside.
  • Melt together butter and peanut butter into a large microwave-safe bowl on 'MEDIUM', for 1 minute.
  • Stir in marshmallows.
  • Add cereal mixture to melted peanut butter/marshmallow mixture, stirring well to mix.
  • With your hands, shape mixture into small balls.
