- 6 [1-ounce / 28-g each] squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup [250 mL] butterscotch chips
- 2 cups [500 mL] chow mein noodles
- 1 cup [250 mL] miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup [250 mL] salted peanuts

- Melt chopped chocolate and butterscotch chips in microwave oven on 'MEDIUM' for 3 to 4 minutes; stir until smooth.
- Delicately add chow mein noodles, marshmallows and peanuts; stir until coated.
- Drop by spoonfuls [1 teaspoon / 5 mL] onto a baking sheet, lined with wax paper.
- Chill until firm.
- Store into an airtight container, refrigerated.
