Sweet Tiny Cones

To make it easy for you to fill these cones, have them standing through small holes made into a cardboard box - you must work fast as the mixture hardens fast.

  • 1 [10 1/2-ounces / 300-mL] can sweet condensed milk
  • 2 cups [500 mL] brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] corn syrup
  • 1 cup [200 g] melted butter
  • 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] miniature marshmallows
  • 50 tiny cones
  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Mixing with an electric mixer every 2 minutes, microwave on 'HIGH' for 10 minutes.
  • Pour into a measuring cup, then fill cones.
  • Leave to cool at room temperature or freeze.
