- 1 cup [200 g] sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] heavy cream [35% m.s.g.], at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] corn syrup
- 5 large marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 1 tablespoon [15 g] butter

- In a glass 4-cup [1-L] measuring cup or a microwave-safe bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar, cream and corn syrup.
- Microwave on 'HIGH' for 12 1/2 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.
- Time may vary, according to microwaves.
- Remove from oven; mix marshmallows, vanilla and butter.
- Stir; pour into a square 9-inch [23-cm] dish.
