- 1 cup [250 mL] thick cream [35% m.s.g.]
- 1 cup [200 g] sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla

- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together cream, sugar and brown sugar.
- Microwave on 'HIGH' for 15 minutes, stirring, using a wooden spoon, at half time.
- Add butter and vanilla.
- Beat, still using a wooden spoon, for approximately 5 minutes.
- Pour into a buttered pan; refrigerate.
