Nancy's Vanilla Fudge [microwave]

  • 1 cup [250 mL] thick cream [35% m.s.g.]
  • 1 cup [200 g] sugar
  • 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together cream, sugar and brown sugar.
  • Microwave on 'HIGH' for 15 minutes, stirring, using a wooden spoon, at half time.
  • Add butter and vanilla.
  • Beat, still using a wooden spoon, for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Pour into a buttered pan; refrigerate.
