- 1 cup [200g] sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] heavy cream [35% m.s.g.]
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla extract

- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar and cream.
- Microwave on 'HIGH' for 5 minutes.
- Mix well.
- Microwave once more on 'HIGH', for 5 minutes.
- Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Pour in vanilla extract; beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes.
- Pour into a square, buttered pan; refrigerate for approximately 45 minutes.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy.
