- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
- 1 2/3 cups [330 g] sugar
- 2/3 cup [160 mL] milk
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 2 cups [500 mL] miniature marshmallows
- 8 ounces [227 g] semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla

- In a deep bowl, melt butter in microwave-oven for 15 seconds.
- Mix in sugar, milk and salt.
- Microwave, uncovered on 'HIGH' [100%], for 8 minutes.
- Stir.
- Add marshmallows and chocolate chips; stir until completely melted.
- Mix in nuts and vanilla.
- Pour into a buttered mold.
- Refrigerate until hard enough to cut, into squares.
