Easy Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge

  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
  • 1 2/3 cups [330 g] sugar
  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • 2 cups [500 mL] miniature marshmallows
  • 8 ounces [227 g] semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
  • In a deep bowl, melt butter in microwave-oven for 15 seconds.
  • Mix in sugar, milk and salt.
  • Microwave, uncovered on 'HIGH' [100%], for 8 minutes.
  • Stir.
  • Add marshmallows and chocolate chips; stir until completely melted.
  • Mix in nuts and vanilla.
  • Pour into a buttered mold.
  • Refrigerate until hard enough to cut, into squares.
