Perfect Vanilla Fudge

Ingredients	Preparation
2 cups [500 mL] brown sugar 1 cup [250 mL] ultra thick cream [35% m.s.g.]	Into a glass bowl, mix together brown sugar and cream. Microwave on 'HIGH' for 10 minutes. Beat mixture at high speed of an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Pour into a dish; refrigerate.
