Chocolate Butterscotch Cereals Bite

  • 10 1/2 ounces [300 g] chocolate chips
  • 10 1/2 ounces [300 g] butterscotch chips
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] peanut butter
  • 1 cup [250 mL] unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup [250 mL] rice krispies cereals
  • Into a microwave-oven, melt together chocolate and butterscotch chips for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Well blend in peanut butter, until smooth.
  • Stir in unsalted peanuts and rice cereals.
  • Spoon small mounds mixture onto wax paper; refrigerate.
