Cocoa Fudge

  • 17 1/2 ounces [500 g] icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
  • 1/2 cup [115 g] butter
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped nuts
  • Into a large bowl, mix together icing sugar and cocoa powder.
  • Pour in milk and mix in butter.
  • Mocrowave on 'HIGH' for 4 minutes.
  • Mix well, then mix in vanilla and chopped nuts.
  • Pour mixture into a well-greased bread pan.
  • Refrigerate until completely set before unmolding; cut into squares.
