- 5 medium-size red potatoes, unpeeled
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] low fat salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] garlic powder
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] water

- Cut potatoes into 1 1/2-inch [4-cm] cubes.
- Microwave, covered with water on 'HIGH' for 12 to 13 minutes, until tender; drain.
- Stir in salad dressing, horseradish, garlic powder and water.
- Mash using a potato masher.
- Serve hot.
