  • 8 corn-on-the-cobs, with leaves
  • Arrange 4 corn-on-the-cobs, well apart, into a microwave oven.
  • Microwave on 'MAXIMUM': 1 corn-on-the-cob for 3 to 5 minutes, 2 corn-on-the-cobs for 4 to 9 minutes, turning cobs at half time.
  • Microwave 3 corn-on-the-cobs for 9 to 12 minutes; 4 for 10 to 13 minutes, turning cobs every 4 minutes.
  • Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Using paper toweling to prevent from burning yourself with vapors, hold cobs, one at a time, straight-up; remove leaves and 'hair'.
