- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] orange juice
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
- 1 pound [454 g] turnips, cubed

- Into a covered bowl, microwave butter on 'MAXIMUM' for 15 to 30 seconds, until melted.
- Mix in brown sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and turnip cubes, into a circle.
- Cover and microwave on 'MAXIMUM' for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring twice.
- Leave to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
