- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter or margarine
- 1 [10 1/2-ounce / 298-g] pack frozen sweet corn kernels
- 1/2 green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper

- Preheat a microwave-safe browning dish on 'MAXIMUM' for 5 minutes, or according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Add butter or margarine; mix in sweet corn kernels, finely chopped green pepper and onion.
- Cover with slightly open plastic wrap; microwave on 'MAXIMUM' for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
- Stir; microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes more, until really hot.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Leave to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
