- 2 medium-size celeriacs
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 g] sugar
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Peel and slice celeriacs.
- Mix together celeriac slices, milk, salt and sugar.
- Microwave on 'HIGH' for 8 minutes.
- Drain celeriac slices, reserving cooking milk; puree into a food processor, into a blender or mash celeriac with a fork.
- Mix in chopped parsley, butter, salt, pepper and, if needed, a little of cooking milk.
- Arrange into a vegetable serving dish; cover.
- Reheat on 'HIGH' for 2 minutes.
