- 4 potatoes
- 1/2 cup [115 g] grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup [80 to 125 mL] milk
- 2 tablespoons [30 g] softened butter
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika

- Using a fork, prick potatoes; microwave potatoes on 'MAXIMUM' for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cut top of each potato lengthwise; remove meat, being careful not to cut through the skin.
- Crush potato meat.
- Well mix in grated Cheddar cheese, milk, softened butter, egg, salt and pepper.
- Fill potato skins with mixture; sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover stuffed potatoes with wax paper; microwave on 'MEDIUM' for 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
