- 1 pound [454 g] ground beef
- 1 pound [454 g] ground pork
- 1 onion, larger than an egg, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] white rice, boiled then drained
- 2 [10-ounce / 284-mL] each cans cream of tomato soup concentrate
- At least 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can water
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] ketchup
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Into a bowl, mix together ground beef and pork, chopped onion and drained white rice.
- Salt and pepper mixture.
- Shape mixture into really round balls.
- Into a casserole, mix together cream of tomato soup concentrate and water.
- Bring mixture to a boil before delicately adding meatballs.
- Leave to simmer for 1 hour.
- Well stir in ketchup, and serve.
