Hot Chicken Sauce

Servings: Approximately 3 cups [750 mL]
  • 3 cups [750 mL] chicken broth or beef consomme
  • 3 tablespoons [26.25 g] flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons [2.5 mL] herbs or spices, to taste
  • Into a casserole, well mix together all ingrédients.
  • Heat sauce until really hot, before serving.
