Maurice's Tuna Casserole

  • 1 bag potato chips
  • 1 [7-ounce / 200-g] can tuna fish, drained then crumbled
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup concentrate
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] milk
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Generously cover the bottom of an oven-safe dish with chips.
  • Crumble tuna fish all over potato chips.
  • Cover tuna fish with drained mixed vegetables.
  • Mix together cream of mushroom soup concentrate and milk.
  • Pour mixture into dish, all over mixed vegetables.
  • Transfer into preheated oven for 20 minutes.
