My Mom's Mayonnaise

  • 1 [10 1/2-ounce - 30-mL] can sweetened concentrated milk
  • Butter [as big as an egg]
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dry mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] vinegar
  • Well mix together sweetened concentrated milk, butter, dry mustard, eggs, salt and sugar.
  • One drop at a time, whip in vinegar.
