Green Chartreuse Liqueure

  • 1 cup [250 mL] boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups [300 g] sugar
  • 21 ounces [656.25 mL] 95%-proof alcohol
  • 1 bottle green mint extract
  • Pour boiling water over sugar; stir until completely dissolved.
  • Then stir in alcohol and green mint extract.
  • Serve into tiny liqueure glasses.
