- 1 cup [250 mL] boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups [300 g] sugar
- 21 ounces [656.25 mL] 95%-proof alcohol
- 1 bottle green mint extract

- Pour boiling water over sugar; stir until completely dissolved.
- Then stir in alcohol and green mint extract.
- Serve into tiny liqueure glasses.
