My Mom's Pancakes

  • 1 cup [140 g] flour
  • 1 or 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup [250 mL] buttermilk
  • Butter
  • Beat together flour, beaten eggs and buttermilk.
  • Melt a little butter into a frypan.
  • Pour in just a little dough; moving frypan, well coat bottom of frypan with dough.
  • Cook until golden, flip pancake over and brown on other side, unitl golden.
  • Slice pancake onto a plate; keep pancake warm.
  • Repeat with remaining dough, adding a little more butter whenever needed.
