Pauline's Butterscotch Cookies

  • 2 cups [500 mL] rolled oats
  • 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] baking powder
  • 1/2 cup [115 g] butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] vanilla
  • Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
  • Mix together rolled oats, brown sugar and baking powder.
  • Mix in melted butter and vanilla.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake cookies into preheated oven, for 10 minutes.
