- 2 cups [500 mL] rolled oats
- 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] baking powder
- 1/2 cup [115 g] butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] vanilla

- Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
- Mix together rolled oats, brown sugar and baking powder.
- Mix in melted butter and vanilla.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake cookies into preheated oven, for 10 minutes.
